All sales are considered final; however, a return may be possible if the item you received was not what was described on our site. If you feel this is the case with your purchase, please retain all original packaging (for the return shipment, if necessary) and reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item. We'll review your case and do everything we can to make things right, including a full refund if necessary. 

Should a return request be approved, we will send a shipping label along with return instructions so that your refund gets processed as quickly as possible. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
